Garden Pillar Column

Garden pillar column is glass fiber reinforced gypsum (GFRG) consists of high strength resistant glass fibers bonded with high density gypsum cement to produce panels that traditionally were done with plaster castings. The GFRG is lighter in weight, superior in strength and much easier to install than the traditional plaster castings. GFRG is lighter than traditional gypsum and can be formed to a better detail.

1.What is the largest size for GRC?

Without use of bearing steel frame, the maximum size is 1.2m*2.4m; in teh case of bearing steel frame, the maximum size is 2.4*13m.

2. What is the different between GRC, GRG, GRP UHPC?

GRC: GRC is a composite material composed of cement, sand, water, glass fiber, additives and other aggregates and mixtures. Cement and water hydration reaction after the hardening, the formation of cementitious cement stone, sand (or other aggregates) firmly cemented together, and cement anchor glass fiber, formed a material with good performance. Sand fills and frames GRC, and glass fiber strengthens it. Mainly used for outdoor decoration.
