1. Design and molding

2. FRP production

FRP sculpture is made by hand lay-up. Before production, according to the shape characteristics of the sculpture, from the perspective of easy forming and demoulding, the mold can be decomposed into several units for reproduction. According to this, the unit products are formed, and then they are combined into a whole.

3. Mold making

The post-processing of FRP sculpture is on the one hand to repair the local defects of the product after demoulding, and more importantly, to create surface effects. The commonly used surface effects are copper imitation and bronze imitation, the key is to prepare the color paste.
