Foundation Column Mold

1. First, before using the mold, Brush the heated edible oil on the inside of the mold.

After cooling, wipe the grease on the inner surface.

2. Begin to brush the pure cement paste, during the painting process, if the cement paste slips off, please use cement powder to paint it immediately.

3. When the cement is slightly solidified, immediately apply the slurry mixed with sand, adjust the thickness of the application according to the effect you want, you can use cement powder to prevent slippage,

4. Waiting for the slurry to solidify, stick the mesh cloth on the surface of the slurry,

5. evenly brush the diluted cement paste on the mesh cloth,

6. Please add fiberglass filaments to the cement and sand mixture to enhance the strength of the finished product, Mix well,

7. Add the right amount of water, mix well, pour the mixture into the mold, if you want the finished product to be firmer,you can pour another layer, Apply evenly, wait for it to dry,

8. Demoulding, the product is finished.

The demoulding time of the sculpture mold is 1-2 days. Let the customer look at the discharge port after finishing, and try it by hand. If the surface is hard, it can be disassembled.

Silicone + fiberglass, we usually pour plaster or cement into the Foundation column mold, the cement does not heat, so it will not damage the mold.
