Cement Flowerpot Silicone Mold

1. To deal with the cement flowerpot silicone mold, after cleaning the mold, fix the mold in the middle of the board with hot melt adhesive, measure the distance around the mold, draw the position with a pen, the minimum distance between the mold and the edge of the mold is 2-6cm, and then Cover the surrounding area with paper skin, the height of the paper skin should be 2-6cm higher than the model, and fix it with hot melt glue;

2. Use the release agent to evenly spray the mold and the inner paper;

3. Take out an appropriate amount of liquid silica gel and put it on an electronic scale for weighing, and then take out an equal proportion of curing agent and add it to the liquid silica gel for uniform stirring according to the proportion;

4. After stirring, put the liquid silica gel into the vacuum machine for vacuuming. When the air pressure gauge of the vacuum machine points to -0.1mpa, it means that the vacuuming is completed;

5. Take out the liquid silica gel and pour it into the mold. The silica gel must be 2cm or more above the mold;

6. After the liquid silicone is leveled, if you want the silicone mold to be more durable or have better tear resistance, you can add gauze or fiber cloth while pouring the liquid silicone mold to increase the toughness;

7. Wait for the silicone mold to solidify, and place it for 3-5 hours (depending on the size and thickness of the mold). After curing, the silicone mold for cement flower pots should be demolded and trimmed. It is recommended to put the mold for 24 hours before putting it into production.

1. Apply the wax evenly on the surface of the cement flowerpot silicone mold with a clean soft cloth (cotton cloth is best) in a rotating manner;

2. After 15 minutes, use a clean cotton cloth to gradually wipe the hazy surface until it shines;

3. When using the old mold, you only need to apply the release wax once; if you use it for the new mold, you need to repeat it three times;

4. After wiping the surface of the mold for the last time, it should be left to stand for more than 1 hour before use to achieve the best demoulding effect
