Production Method
1. Spray some oil on the inside of the mold before making it for demoulding.
2. Pour the mixed concrete into the mold.
3. Put the square breeze block molds on the vibrating platform, vibrate for about 10 seconds, and shake the concrete
The vibration is strong and even, and the air bubbles can be shaken out.
4. Put the vibrating product on the flat ground and add water every other time
Maintenance (the surface is best covered with a sunshade cloth to prevent concrete cracking), and exposure to the sun is prohibited.
Demolding methods
1. Square breeze block molds is recommended that it is most suitable to demould after 9 am outdoors. Can be lightened with a rubber mallet,Gently hit the edge once, repeat several times, it can be completed
2. Put the finished product in a cool place for maintenance, sprinkle water 3-8 times
3. After demoulding, water-soluble compounds such as industrial hydrochloric acid, acetic acid or phosphoric acid can be used first.
Dissolve dirt, then rinse with clean water at low pressure.
(Note: Be sure to clean up the chemical cleaning agent to prevent it from affecting the next concrete solidification)
