Plaster Center Panels Mold

1. Prepare gypsum powder and fiberglass mold. Pour the gypsum powder into the mixing bucket, add an appropriate amount of water according to the instructions on the package, and stir evenly with a stirring rod.
2. Place the plaster light panel accessories into the mold, making sure they are in the correct position. Then, pour the stirred plaster into the mold until the mold is full.
3. Use a level to check if the mold is level, then wait for the plaster to set and dry.
4. Once the plaster is completely dry, the mold can be tapped lightly to help release the light panel. Then, use the pliers to gently grasp the light pan assembly and remove it from the light pan.
5. Use a hand drill and pliers to remove any unwanted material or attachments. Then, sand the surface of the lamp panel to make it smooth

1. Wear protective gloves, masks and other personal protective equipment during operation.
2. The operating environment should be well ventilated and avoid inhaling chemicals such as glass fiber reinforced plastic resin.
3. Carefully read the instruction manual of FRP resin and hardener before operation, and mix them according to the proportion.
4. Apply mold release agent on the surface of the mold, which can effectively prevent the FRP lamp panel from sticking to the mold.
5. The time after the FRP resin and hardener are mixed is generally about 30 minutes, so it needs to be operated quickly.
