1. Before construction, please be sure to clean the ground or wall in contact with the window design molding

2. Before the window design molding is used, please brush the release agent or waste engine oil on the inside of the mold for later demoulding

3. For large-sized cast-in-place molds, after the mold is installed, please use wooden sticks or iron wires to fix the position to ensure that it can support the pouring of concrete.

4. Disassemble and assemble in order when disassembling the mold. When using pliers, copper rods, crowbars, etc. to disassemble the window design molding, the posture must be correct and the force should be appropriate to avoid damage to the mold.

5. Use a plastic or rubber rod to clean the inner and outer walls of the used mold to prevent residual cement slag. Do not use hard metal objects to clean it to prevent the inner wall of the plastic window design molding from being scratched and affect the secondary use; and use a rag to clean the plastic mold Wipe the inner wall clean to ensure the dryness of the plastic mold.

6. Palletize the complete and undamaged molds and place them neatly in a dry and dark room. It is best to store in a warehouse without windows to avoid direct sunlight. If there is no condition, you can perform a certain shading treatment on the windows of the storage room to effectively reduce sunlight and avoid excessive oxidation of plastic molds.
