Design points of plastic door and window mold

1.Structural form

The plastic door and plastic window mold is mainly composed of two parts: a cavity and a core, and the two parts are connected to each other through a transmission system. Among them, the cavity is the main part, including: ejection system, pouring system, and cooling system; the core is the main part, including: mold opening and closing system, molding system, and guiding system.

2 .Working process

In the design of plastic door and window molds, the number and structure of the cavity and core should be determined according to the structure and molding method of the product. For plastic windows with general structure, 2-3 cavities can be used; for complex plastic windows, the number of cavities should be determined according to the actual situation. Normally, two molding parts (one open mold part and one closed mold part) can be used; for large plastic windows or plastic windows with complex shapes, three molding parts can be used (one open mold part and one closed mold parts).
