Construction process
Base surface concrete control→first-stage material spreading construction→troweling→lighting→curing→cutting and filling.
●The thickness of the concrete base leveling layer should be 30mm-50mmM or more, the strength should be more than C25, the minimum content of cement itious material should be 75-100mm, and the concrete surface should be dense, smooth and free of bleeding.
●When the concrete is initially set, use finger pressure test, leaving a 3-5MM mark, and start construction.
●Sweep the ground hardening material by hand. After it absorbs the moisture of the concrete and becomes wet, you can use a trowel to compact and light up.
●Finish the mechanical construction area with a manual spatula.
●Do not splash water on the surface during construction.
●After the surface is finished, use a special curing agent, spray it with a fine spray, and do not cover it with a plastic sheet.
●Cutting expansion joints.
●Use sealing paint.
