Production steps
Step 1: Apply a layer of mold release agent or engine oil to the mold to release the mold
Step 2: Put in the well-proportioned concrete (proportion: cement 42.5R: cement 1: sand 2: small stone 3)
Step 3: Put the oil-rubbed mold on the vibration platform, shake it for 10 seconds, and smooth it out to reduce air bubbles in the concrete (add steel bars as the case may be to increase the load-bearing capacity)
Step 4: Place in a flat place for maintenance (1-2 days in summer, 2-3 days in winter, cover with a layer of plastic cloth to prevent wind and cracking) prohibit exposure to sunlight
Step 5: Spray paint according to personal preference
Demoulding methods
1.Yellow Breeze Block Mould is recommended to release the mold after 9:00 a.m. outdoors.Gently hit the edge with a rubber mallet and repeat it a few times to finish.(Or use a demoulding rack to demold).
2.Put the finished product in a cool place for maintenance, sprinkle water 3-8 times
3.Plastic mold cleaning: Yellow Breeze Block Mould can be cleaned with concentrated hydrochloric acid, brush the hydrochloric acid in the mold with a brush, and then wash it with water.
