Assemble the mold: The mold is set up by connecting the different parts together. It typically consists of a base or bottom plate, side panels, and a top plate. The inside of the mold is hollow, forming the shape of the brick.
Apply release agent: A release agent, such as oil or a non-stick spray, is applied to the inside surfaces of the mold to prevent the brick material from sticking to the mold.
Fill the mold: The prepared brick-making material is poured or compacted into the mold cavity, ensuring that it is evenly distributed and adequately compacted.
Remove excess material: Any excess material on the top of the mold is leveled off using a trowel or other tools to create a smooth surface.
Allow the brick to cure: The mold with the filled brick material is left undisturbed for a certain period, allowing the brick to cure and gain strength. The curing time can vary depending on the materials used.
Disassemble the mold: Once the brick has cured sufficiently, the mold is carefully disassembled, and the brick is removed. The hollow cavity inside the brick provides space for insulation or other purposes.
Repeat the process: The mold can be cleaned and reused to create additional hollow bricks.
